Advance Submission
Speakers are encouraged to upload there presentation prior to arriving at the conference. We will accept presentations online
until Saturday, 17 February, 2006.
Click here to use our simple upload process. Additionally the upload site will have related information and helpful links for speakers.
If you cannot upload your presentation ahead of time, please bring your session on a portable hard drive to
the Speaker Ready Room at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled Presentation.
At BbWorld Europe
Speakers should check-in at the Speaker Ready Room at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled presentation.
This will allow time to review and finalize your presentation. The computers in the Speaker Ready Room
will be configured with hardware and software identical to the computers in the meeting rooms.
We highly recommend that you review your presentation in the Speaker Ready Room to ensure a smooth presentation.

Monday, 26 February, 4:00pm – 7:30pm
Tuesday, 27 February, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday, 28 February, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Audio/Visual Information
Blackboard will provide a standard AV support package for all sessions. Session rooms will be supplied with the equipment outlined below:
- LCD Projector & Screen, PC w/ Windows XP & MS Office 2003
- Hi-Speed Internet w/ RJ-45 Connection
- Laser Pointer,Wireless PowerPoint Remote
- Flipchart
Poster Sessions
Poster Sessions will be held in the Exhibit Hall at the Nice-Acropolis Conference Center on Tuesday, 27 February, 2:35pm – 3:30pm in the Exhibit Hall.
- Blackboard will provide one poster board, 61cm x 76.2cm (30 inches x 24 inches). You may mount your poster materials on this board. Posters will be displayed on a tripod
- Blackboard will provide adhesive tape and glue sticks to attach elements to the poster board.
- Time and materials to setup your Poster will be provided on Tuesday, 27 February from 12:30pm - 2:30pm in the Athena Foyer.
