2007 Developers Conference Attendee FAQs

Q: What is the attire for the conference?
A: Business Casual to Casual. However, we recommend that you bring a sweater or jacket for added warmth, as the hotel conference center can get cold at times.

Q: Are we allowed to bring guests to the Developers Conference Client Appreciation Event?
A: Registered Developers Conference attendees are automatically invited to attend the Client Appreciation Party on Thursday, July 12. Guests of registered conference attendees are welcome to attend, for an additional fee:

Spouse/Guest Registration - $150.00 U.S.

Spouse/Guest Registration includes: Access to the Cyber Café, as well as the Client Appreciation Party on Thursday, July 12 (includes transportation to and from venue).

Q: Are children allowed as guests to the Client Appreciation Party?
A: Due to the fact that we will be serving alcohol at our receptions, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted to attend the receptions at BbWorld.

Q: What is the attire for the Client Appreciation Party?
A: Business Casual to Casual.

Q: I’ve already made my hotel reservations but need to make changes. How do I go about doing that?
A: Please contact Hotel Headquarters at (888)839-8523 or (937) 824-8103, 8:00AM-5:00PM EST, Monday-Friday or email them at bbworld@eim-inc.com.

Q: Who do I contact if I have special needs, such as wheelchair accessibility, specific dietary needs, etc.?
A: You should include those requests in the Special Needs section of the registration site. If you have already registered and forgot to include that, please call: (425) 636-1640 or email: info@mra-services.com.

Q: I am hearing impaired. Who should I contact if I need a sign language interpreter?

Q: Where can I find speaker information?
A: Speaker support information will be available online soon. In the meantime, please contact Kerry Jo Richards at krichards@blackboard.com with questions.

Registration Questions

Q: Can I pay for my registration using a Purchase Order (PO)?
A: Yes. Use the online registration form and select “Pay by Check.” Continue with the registration process and then print a summary of your registration. Use this summary to generate a PO and fax the PO to 425-636-1630, or email it to info@mra-services.com. MRA will send an invoice referencing the PO number.

Q: Can I pay for my registration via wire transfer?
A: Yes. Please route all domestic wire transfers via FEDWIRE to:
