Speakers are encouraged to upload there presentation prior to arriving at the conference. We will accept presentations online until Sunday, July 1, 2007. Click here to submit your session's PPT presentation.
We highly recommend that you submit your session ahead of time. But if for any reason, you cannot upload your presentation ahead of time, please bring your session on a portable hard drive to the Speaker Ready Room at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled presentation.
At BbWorld '07
Speakers should check-in at the Speaker Ready Room at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled presentation. This will allow time to review and finalize your presentation. The computers in the Speaker Ready Room will be configured with hardware and software identical to the computers in the meeting rooms. We highly recommend that you review your presentation in the Speaker Ready Room to ensure a smooth presentation.

Audio/Visual Information
Session rooms will be equipped with a standard AV package including a PC with Windows XP and MS Office 2003. Speakers also have the option of bringing their own laptops for their presentation. Session rooms will be supplied with the equipment outlined below:
- LCD Projector & Screen, PC w/ Windows XP & MS Office 2003
- Hi-Speed Internet w/ RJ-45 Connection
- Laser Pointer, Wireless PowerPoint Remote
Poster Sessions will take place on Tuesday, July 10 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, during the Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall. Posters presenters will be positioned throughout the hall for maximum traffic.
Posters will be displayed on an 8’ high x 4’ wide (vertical) board. Poster presenters will be able to setup their posters earlier in the day, at a time to be announced. Poster presenters will receive more specific information via email. If you have any questions, please email BbWorld@blackboard.com
