Destination

Boston, Massachusetts
Boston is one of the most charming cities in America. It has an old world atmosphere which is infused with the excitement of today. Founded over 375 years ago, many of the most important historic sites blend seamlessly with modern architecture, creating one of the most architecturally diverse and interesting landscapes in the country.

History is all around in this charming city, but there's a lot going on in modern Beantown too. Boston is often called the most European of U.S. cities owing to its walkable scale and human-sized Victorian and Colonial buildings, acres of public parks, and a lively café-restaurant culture. The city has also derived a great part of its identity from the many universities and colleges based in Boston and in Cambridge including, of course, the hallowed Ivy League Harvard.

From world class universities and renowned museums to the Symphony, the Theater, restaurants and world-class shopping; Boston has something for everyone! Come see all that Boston offers during BbWorld '07.

Weather
Boston’s weather is known for its unpredictability. A local saying is: if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes. Summer can be hot and steamy, but also breezy. Summer is the best time to visit. Many tourist sites open only during the warm-weather seasons.
